Not good with claim department Lots of process no clarity when checked response was bad Felt bad to checking Also not happy sharing with my friends and others when asking about this hospital Management need to check regarding this issue

It's the worst hospital anyone can think of. So money minded. My father had two heart attacks , one after the other within a span of one week. Three stents were placed in his heart. He had a second on 6th Nov 2023 (last month). Dr. SACHEENDRAN of Valamalayan IS THE REASON my dad died. My mother was spoken to very harshly by the hospital staff. This Dr. Sachindran placed three stents in my dad's heart saying that he ensured that no other heart attack would follow. After 5 LAKH RUPEES of treatment my father is gone.... can you bring me back my father??? The handling by the nurses were too rough. My father had to moan and writhe in pain because he was attended very harshly. I will not leave this here. I will certainly call an advocate. I will take action both for killing my father, for not giving him the right treatment & right care by nurses and for verbally harassing my mother by the Valamalayan staff.

We are more satisfied with the hospital service.we are under "My Mother" package. Dr.Poomatha is best Doctor for the delivery. The Rasia Bagam is one of the best codinator of this my mother package and all other nurse staff and other services are best.We highly recommend the hospital for Delivery.

Irresponsible staff at the hospice left my dad to die, Didn't resuscitate after cardiac arrest. Dad was paralyzed due to a stroke and his heart condition was normal. They just informed us suddenly on one day that he passed away due to a cardiac failure. Stay away from their hospice...
